The festival of satin and adras, as well as the exhibition and sale of satin clothes, will be held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, on the second Sunday of June, Khovar reports.
Many state bodies are responsible for holding this festival - the ministries of industry and new technologies, culture, committees for women and families, tourism development, television and radio, youth and sports, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Union of Craftsmen, the Union " Tojikmatlubot", executive bodies of state power of regions, cities and districts of Tajikistan, Khovar reports.
At present, the company "Atlasi Khujand" produces more than 50 types of atlas and 30 types of adras, the most famous of which are "Bakhori Tojikiston", "Javoni", "Tukhfa", "Tuyona", "Mukhabbat", "Tirukamon", " Gulhand”, “Khosiyathon” and others.
Holding a satin festival in Tajikistan in the summer is traditional. On it attendances can see many colorful varieties and models of satin products and clothes.
